Interaction has developed a wide range of Team Building courses and activities to meet all of your needs.  We have detailed three of our more popular packages below, but there is still choice to put together a Team Building package to met both your practical and financial needs. In addition, we do also offer a tailor-made facility.

By offering greater flexibility and choice in the way in which you  make up your Team Building programme, we will ensure that we meet with your requirements more effectively.

Whether you wish us to dove-tail into your existing training programme or to take full responsibility for the Team Building event, we would first, actively listen to your specific requirements/ideas before submitting our proposal.   

Benefits And Value

The team(s) will gain a lot from their experiences, albeit implicit ‘learning’ rather than explicit. As we do not believe in dissecting and debriefing teams just because that is the ‘expected thing’ to do. Hidden benefits are obvious to the participants.

We do cover a significant number of Team Building skills, particularly with our half day and full day sessions.

Skills such as: co-operation, listening, delegation, time-management, leadership, utilising strengths, improving weaknesses, dealing with competition and communicating effectively are all explored in a direct, purposeful and relevant manner.

But more importantly, we aim to provide a meaningful, enjoyable session which allows everyone to contribute to the  team - it gives delegates a sense of achievement and belonging. Thus, enhancing team spirit whilst still improving team skills and relations when back at the work place.
